Why buyers choose the AS560

The AS560 is the most compact machine in the AS range and the only walk-behind model. At 150 kg with a 520 mm brush it passes standard doorways and passenger lifts, which makes it a practical small floor scrubber for retail stores, restaurants, clinics and workshop corners where larger machines cannot go. Powered by a standard 24 V lead-acid battery, this small electric floor scrubber scrubs and dries in one pass and needs no licence or special training to operate.

Where the AS560 works

With a 520mm brush and 2600m²/h rated capacity, the machine scrubs and dries epoxy, concrete and tile floors in one pass.
The squeegee system vacuums dirty water behind the brush, so floors are safe to walk on immediately.
A 55L clean-water tank and separate recovery tank support continuous scrubbing without frequent refills.
Best fit: retail stores, restaurants, clinics, showrooms and small workshops up to about 2,000 m².

AS560 — FAQ

What is the indicative price of the AS560?

The indicative FOB Qingdao price is USD 1,200–2,800 per unit, depending on configuration and order quantity. Send your requirement and you will receive an exact quotation within 24 hours.

How long does the AS560 run on one charge?

Rated working time is 2-3H per charge with the standard battery pack. Charging is overnight with the onboard charger; lithium versions extend runtime.

Is the AS560 a good small floor scrubber for retail stores?

Yes — it was sized exactly for that. At 1,400×830×1,020 mm and 150 kg it passes standard single doors and passenger lifts, and the 55 L clean-water tank covers a typical shop floor on one fill. The 24 V 100 Ah battery runs 2–3 hours per charge.

Walk-behind or compact ride-on — which does my site need?

As a rule of thumb: under about 2,000 m² a walk-behind machine like the AS560 is enough; above that, ride-on models such as the AS700/AS800 cut cleaning time sharply. Send your floor area and surface type and we will recommend the right size.

Do you export this model overseas?

Yes. Container orders ship FOB Qingdao — MOQ is 1 unit for most models and mixed models in one container are welcome. Lead time is 15–25 days after deposit, and you receive photos and video of your machines before loading.

What warranty and spare parts support do you provide?

The machine carries a 12-month warranty. Container orders include 1% free wear parts (brushes, blades, seals), and consumables are stocked for continuous supply.
