Privacy and Cookie Policy
In short: we collect only what you send us when you ask about a machine, plus the basic technical data any website receives. We use it to answer your enquiry, quote and support your order. We do not sell it, and we run no advertising or tracking profiles.
Who we are
Jining Hailing Machinery Co., Ltd. (“we”) is a B2B supplier of industrial floor scrubbers based in Jining, Shandong Province, China. For any question about this policy or your data, write to Hugo@hailingmachinery.com.
What we collect
- Information you send us: name, company, country, email address, phone or WhatsApp number and the details of your enquiry — sent through our contact form, by email, by WhatsApp, or through the chat widget on selected pages.
- Chat messages: if you start a conversation in the chat widget, your message and any contact details you type there are delivered to us so we can reply.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, referring page and timestamp, recorded by our hosting and delivery provider when it serves the page and protects it from abuse. We do not use this to build advertising profiles.
Why we use it
- To answer your enquiry and send a quotation (our standard turnaround is within 24 hours).
- To discuss specifications, production, inspection and shipment if you order.
- To provide after-sales support and warranty handling.
- To keep the site secure and to prevent spam and abuse.

Cookies and local storage
We do not set our own tracking cookies. The chat widget, when it loads, may use cookies or local storage to keep your conversation open from page to page. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings — the site, our product pages and the contact form all keep working, and you can always reach us by email at Hugo@hailingmachinery.com or on WhatsApp at +86 152 0675 1000.

We are based in China and our processors operate globally, so the information you send is transferred to and processed in China and in the countries where those processors operate. It is used only for the purposes listed above.
How long we keep it
Enquiry and order correspondence is kept for as long as we need it to serve you, to meet legal, tax and warranty obligations, and to defend a claim if one arises. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Your rights
If you are in the EEA, the UK or another jurisdiction with similar rules, you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to processing, and withdraw any consent you gave. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority. If you are in California: we do not sell your personal information, and you may request access or deletion.
To use any of these rights, write to Hugo@hailingmachinery.com — we reply within 30 days.
