Why buyers choose the AS700 (Double Brush)

The AS700 double-brush is a true ride-on scrubber dryer: two 330 mm brushes scrub while the 920 mm squeegee vacuum dries behind, so floors are traffic-ready immediately. European buyers know this category as a scrubber dryer — it is the same scrub-and-dry machine whatever the label. The twin-brush deck gives about 18% more coverage per pass than the single-brush AS700 and stronger agitation on soiled factory floors.

Where the AS700 (Double Brush) works

  • With a 660mm brush and 3600m²/h rated capacity, the machine scrubs and dries epoxy, concrete and tile floors in one pass.
  • The squeegee system vacuums dirty water behind the brush, so floors are safe to walk on immediately.
  • A 90L clean-water tank and separate recovery tank support continuous scrubbing without frequent refills.
  • Best fit: warehouse aisles and factory floors with heavy soiling, where the wider twin-brush path shortens every shift.

Buying from the factory

  • You buy directly from Jining Hailing Machinery Co., Ltd. — no trading company margin, FOB Qingdao or CIF/CIP on request.
  • T/T payment and Alibaba.com Pay supported; video inspection before shipment on request.
  • Dealer pricing for repeat volume, and mixed containers with other models are welcome.

AS700 (Double Brush) — FAQ

What is the indicative price of the AS700 (Double Brush)?
The indicative FOB Qingdao price is USD 1,200–2,800 per unit, depending on configuration and order quantity. Send your requirement and you will receive an exact quotation within 24 hours.
How long does the AS700 (Double Brush) run on one charge?
Rated working time is 2-3H per charge with the standard battery pack. Charging is overnight with the onboard charger; lithium versions extend runtime.
Is the AS700 available as a ride-on scrubber dryer for European buyers?
Yes — that is exactly what it is: two brushes scrub while the 920 mm squeegee vacuum dries in the same pass. The category is called a floor scrubber dryer in Europe and a ride-on floor scrubber in the US; the machine is identical.
How much faster is the double-brush deck than the single brush?
The twin 330 mm brushes widen the scrub path from 560 mm to 660 mm — rated output rises from 3,000 to 3,600 m²/h, about 18% more per pass, with stronger agitation on ground-in dirt.
Do you export this model overseas?
Yes. Container orders ship FOB Qingdao — MOQ is 1 unit for most models and mixed models in one container are welcome. Lead time is 15–25 days after deposit, and you receive photos and video of your machines before loading.
What warranty and spare parts support do you provide?
The machine carries a 12-month warranty. Container orders include 1% free wear parts (brushes, blades, seals), and consumables are stocked for continuous supply.
